Welcome to our Sales and Inventory Management App (“App”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using our App, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the App immediately.

2. Description of Service

The App provides tools for:

• Recording and tracking sales
• Managing inventory
• Viewing analytics and reports
• Bookkeeping and financial tracking

The App uses Firebase as its backend infrastructure for data storage, authentication, and related services.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Data Storage and Security

• Business data entered into the App (including sales records, inventory details, and financial information) is stored securely using cloud infrastructure.
• While we implement reasonable security measures, we cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet.
• Users are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful or fraudulent activities
• Use the App for unlawful or fraudulent activities
• Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt the system
• Attempt unauthorized access to other user accounts or system data
• Reverse engineer or copy any part of the App

6. Data Ownership

• You retain ownership of all business data you input into the App.
• By using the App, you grant us permission to process and store your data solely for the purpose of providing our services.

We do not sell user data to third parties.

7. Payments and Subscriptions

• Certain features may require payment or subscription.
• Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with prior notice.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain uninterrupted access to the App. However, we do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.
• We are not responsible for financial losses resulting from incorrect data entry by users.
• The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at our discretion if users violate these Terms. Users may discontinue use of the App at any time.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
